Apple and Google should partner up
Published by James May 11th, 2006 in Apple, GoogleI was reading about all the money Google’s employees are paying in capital gains which I’m sure has been the case with with apple’s as well, to the state of California. Apple and Google also pay huge amounts of taxes to the state on a company basis. In terms of figuring out creative write-offs, why don’t these companies team up and strike a deal with the California gvt. to supply every kid with an Apple computer bundled with Google software? (Hopefully the state recognizes the benefits of when kids interact with computers. A couple of examples are Google, Yahoo and Apple) This could help Google stick it too Microsoft, it could give Apple some much needed market share, and it would make every kid in California totally stoked.
Dreaming here, but it seriously makes sense for Google to work with the Apple. It is much easier for Google to work around Windows Vista if everyone is on a Mac. ![]()
