Knowledge Workers and Learning from the Past
Published by James February 19th, 2006 in Bush, TechI seem to have misplaced one of my favorite books,
The Post Capitalist Society by Peter Drucker. But using Google Book Search, Google exemplifies many of Drucker’s principles in their hiring and managing style, I was able to find one of the pieces I was looking for. Drucker seemed to understand the coming tech. revolution way before others. He saw the dawn of the knowledge worker, the economies of scale it would bring, and the industries it would wipe out.

Interestingly enough, he also talked about the loss of true conservatism in the first Bush administration. Those words speak verbatim to the current fiscal crisis we are in, and we just happen to be occupying the same country as well. Whatever happened to learning from our mistakes?
