Nielsen BuzzMetrics

Today there was a big announcement of the marriage between Intelliseek/BuzzMetrics and the VNU stake that will create Nielsen BuzzMetrics.
Further validation to the idea that making sense of the millions of posts indexed a day is big business. Companies and PR agencies will learn to listen and respond to people in real time.
Shel Israel was nice enough to give me an early copy of Naked Conversations which I have passed on to a friend that works at a San Francisco based PR firm. A good read for anyone looking to understand and work with the blogOsphere.(I will write a review soon.)
